Pick up and delivery times are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse service if locations are outside our service area or access is unsafe.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address for pick up and delivery.
Laundry items must be prepared and packed according to our guidelines, including separating delicate items as advised.
Customers should inform us of any special care instructions or stain treatments at the time of pick up.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are determined based on the type, weight, and service required for laundry items.
Payment is due upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Pick Up and Delivery
We will attempt to pick up and deliver laundry during the scheduled window.
If the customer is not available at the scheduled pick up or delivery time, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
Delivery will be completed to the address provided; no third-party delivery or alternative addresses without prior consent.
6. Processing Time
Normal processing time is typically 24 to 48 hours from pick up, subject to variations based on volume, holidays, or special requests.
Customers will be notified if delays occur.
7. Item Care and Liability
We exercise reasonable care in handling laundry items but are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or items with manufacturer defects.
We are not liable for loss or damage to items left with unauthorized substances or hazardous materials.

8. Prohibited Items
We do not accept items such as leather, suede, furs, non-washable fabrics, valuables, or items with hazardous materials.
Items left with prohibited materials will be returned to the customer.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time.
Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
10. Privacy
Customer information collected for service delivery will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide services.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platforms.
