We Do Your Laundry provides pick up and delivery laundry services according to the terms outlined below. By scheduling a pick up, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Scheduling and Service Availability
Pick up and delivery times are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
Service availability may vary based on location and demand.
We reserve the right to refuse service if locations are outside our service area or access is unsafe.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address for pick up and delivery.
Laundry items must be prepared and packed according to our guidelines, including separating delicate items as advised.
Customers should inform us of any special care instructions or stain treatments at the time of pick up.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are determined based on the type, weight, and service required for laundry items.
Payment is due prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods specified at booking.
5. Pick Up and Delivery
We will attempt to pick up and deliver laundry during the scheduled window. The time may slightly vary based on our order flow
If the customer is not available at the scheduled pick up or delivery time, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
Delivery will be completed to the address provided; no third-party delivery or alternative addresses without prior consent.
6. Processing Time
Normal processing time is typically 24 to 48 hours from pick up, subject to variations based on volume, holidays, or special requests.
Customers will be notified if delays occur.
7. Item Care and Liability
We exercise reasonable care in handling laundry items but are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or items with manufacturer defects.
We are not liable for loss or damage to items left with unauthorized substances or hazardous materials.
Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of deliver
8. Prohibited Items
We do not accept items such as leather, suede, furs, non-washable fabrics, valuables, or items with hazardous materials.
Items left with prohibited materials will be returned to the customer.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time.
Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
10. Privacy
Customer information collected for service delivery will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide services.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platforms.

Rules for Pick-Up and Delivery Laundry Service
Scheduling
All pick-up and delivery requests must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day service is available only upon confirmation and may incur additional fees. Please reach out to inquire.
All laundry has a 1 day or 2 day turn around depending if you pick Basic or Deluxe
Basic is 2 days from the time we pick up we will try our best to have it back around the same time 2 days later
Deluxe we will try our best to have them back in 24 hours of your pick your pick up time
ALL LAUNDRY IS TO BE PUT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR AND WILL BE RETURNED IN THE SAME SPOT APPROMIATLY
Pick-Up Guidelines
Laundry should be placed in a suitable bag or container for pick-up. 13 GALLON TRASH BAG
Ensure all items are clearly labeled if special care is required.
Customers must provide accurate address and contact information. Pick Up And Delivery address must be the same
Delivery Guidelines
Deliveries will be made to the specified address provided during scheduling.
Customers are responsible for ensuring we have access to your front door, ex gates must be unlocked and no pets at door entrance
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment is due before clothes are returned
a invoice will be sent the morning of please pay it as soon as you receive it or your items may be delayed being dropped off it must be paid prior to delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and electronic payments.
Service Limitations
We are not responsible for items left out of the laundry bag or unattended during pick-up or drop off please have someone bring your items in we will send a text when on way
Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances; customers will be notified promptly.
Lost or Damaged Items
Report any lost or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and resolve claims in accordance with our terms of service.
